The Region 2 Chapter Regional Conference is being held in Hamilton, ON August 21-23 with official arrivals starting as early as Thursday, August 20th. The conference hotel is the Sheraton Hamilton, located downtown at Jackson Square, 116 King Street West, Hamilton, ON, L8P 4V3.

-Conference Registration Checklist
-Conference Agenda, showing location and times for all meetings, events, and meals for both conference attendees and companions.
-Hotel Information
-Transportation Information & Detailed Parking Directions for Jackson Square Underground (ask the Sheraton if they have a package available on the underground), Recommended Flights that land / takeoff so that we can shuttle groups to and from the Airport. We need a list of who we should be expecting to arrive each day (i.e. ASHRAE Special Guests and Delegate/Alternates Thursday afternoon, conference attendees Friday between a certain time). No airport pick ups on Saturday.
