Being born in to a family of plumbers Aaron was exposed to the mechanical industry at a very early age. He developed a passion for the industry while working in the field and throughout his schooling at Fanshawe College for construction engineering technology. After graduating he pursued a project management position in the family business Besseling Mechanical Inc.
Aaron first became involved in ASHRAE by assisting in the 2015 CRC Hamilton planning committee. Aaron is currently YEA (young Engineers in ASHRAE) Chair in the Hamilton Chapter and has become very passionate about ASHRAE Hamilton Events as well as ASHRAE society conferences.
